Thinking to become travel blogger
Some advices to help you on the way
Travel blog success tips
Hey fellow traveling/expat bloggers! Now I'm here to discuss a little inspiration to help get you out of a serious case of writer's block. Trust me, you're not the only blogger I do't understand what to write about' rut. It happens to every single one of us and it sucks! However, occasionally we really want to write, we only have no friggin' hint what to write about.
Friend of mine just asked me the other day how I figure out themes for my site, and 9 times out of 10 it's you. I read every single opinion and attempt to answer every e-mail, and I frequently get asked exactly the same thing multiple times. What about you? A man does't have to be living to experience bizarre foods. You'll find PLENTY of odd things offered for eating in the 50 States. Have you ever eaten something super weird? Write about it. I appreciate learning which bloggers are ultra-adventuresome/disgusting in the food department.
- 1. Favored Traveling Apps. We're talking mobile- here, but what are your favorite journey programs? There's a vast amount of uses in the travel marketplace, and sometimes it's nice to learn what others use for booking airfare, restaurant places, subway routes, and also on-the-go photo-editing!
- 2. Tutorials. As a blogger you likely have strengths in particular regions, and it is possible to help other bloggers learn and grow by sharing your knowledge of those areas! Are you great at Search Engine Optimization? Layout? Photography? Social Media? Posts about these topics are always popular and well-hunted, because bloggers know by mastering their site can be place by the art of these key issues above the rest.
- 4. Bucket List. We all have them: top travel destination bucket lists, state-unique bucket lists, achievement bucket lists...why not share your goals? It's also fun to have a list you cross off the things you've done and can actively visit.
Traveling Budgets/Living Expenses.
Reality check: site readers are nosey. I've been wanting to write about our journey budgets but have yet to find time to actually take a seat and crunch the numbers over our last excursions around the Philippines, and New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Hawaii.
Can you recall the first time you traveled, or the very first time you resided abroad? What were the anxieties, concerns, and questions you'd before hand?LIAL posts for reference: What 1,095 Days of Travel Has Taught Me, Five Things You Should Do Before You Start Traveling, Hints on Going Abroad
nstagram. Share what you've been up to lately on Insta (you probably upgrade your Instagram report more than your blog), write about your favored reports, or possibly even share your top tips on growing your amounts. Instagram is purely visual, and it makes for some pretty posts!
Difficult Amazing.
I love residing abroad. There are a lot of crazy stories we have to share with each other (for a great laugh) and with others as long as we dwell! It's also interesting to have a means and an outlet to share those stories with your site readers. An excellent method to do this can be by writing Awesome and a Difficult post! If you determine to start writing these posts, please leave your link so they can be read by me!
Your Camera Bag. Again on the nosey matter. I love learning what people capture their travels with. Can it be just me?What's in my camera bag?
Oddest food you eaten. I'm not super daring in the food aspect of journey. I typically order things I can understand and wo't potentially get a crazy ailment over. That said, I've eaten a few odd things. I was once offered raw cuddle fish cut off the fish moments after it was taken out of the ocean, although this might be a post for another day. Since we were living in an Asian culture where refusing food would happen to be deemed an outright insult, I obliged, but will never eat it again (if I can help it).
8. Foreign lingo. Maybe you have spent some time abroad and know just a little foreign language? Show off your abilities with a post about key phrases for where you live or have lived. Possibly compose a post on" 15 ways to say hello around something similar or the world" if you're wanting to go a little universal!9.
Travel Guides. I only urge if you've resided there for a long enough amount of time writing travel guides for a particular city or country, you are absolutely confident everything you've got written on your guide is the absolute best of the best. I 'd much rather read a guide from someone who has lived from someone who dropped by on a quick holiday than in a specific city for 1 years.
Back Pack vs. Bag.
Are you a backpacker or do you enjoy the independence of a roomy suitcase? There are advantages and disadvantages to both, and each side of the argument passionately things they do things finest. Let's stir the pot a bit up and learn why you package just how you are doing! So if you might have the knowledge and experience on a particular place with that said, please share it! You do't have to live outside the U.S. to do this!
Life Recently/Day in the Life.
About composing posts relevant to travel in all the hype, we occasionally forget to personalize our site. It's simple to fall into the trap of sounding like an online magazine or some kind of travel guidance robot. By sharing your life break things up a bit.
You do't need to get down and dirty, but make it personal...if you're comfy, don't forget to share your fights as well as your accomplishments! As an avid blog reader, I'd like to know how I can relate to you as a person trying to stay afloat in this crazy fast paced life.
If that makes sense?
What Does Travel Mean to You Personally? Why can you travel? Why would you choose to reside outside your comfort zone as an expat abroad? How has traveling altered you (for the good or for the worse)? Here means to me.Feeling inspired? Leave the website posts you've written on this issue below in the comments. I 'd love to read them!
